I worked in Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd, Pune, poineers in manufacturing antibiotics in India, for 12 years. Subsequently, I joined Colayer Web Conversations Pvt. Ltd., and worked for almost 2.5 years handling Human Resources and Projects. Currently, I am working as Manager-HRD in Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Bangalore since July 2007
